For those of you attending, we wanted to make sure you are aware of the Chase Corporate Challenge Race in Grant Park which is scheduled for the same evening. Please keep this in mind as there will be traffic delays due to congestion and street closures. Big Shoulders guests are encouraged to approach the Hilton from the west, as Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive will be slower than usual. Reference the attached document for street closures.
Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the party and share this information with your guests. We are starting the cocktail reception early at 5:30 pm and the dinner promptly at 7:00 pm. You won’t want to miss a moment!
