16th Annual Big Shoulders Fund Golf Classic

Celebrate the end of summer and the start of a new school year with the Big Shoulders Fund by hitting the links at one of the country’s most prestigious golf courses, Olympia Fields Country Club. Get ready to play like a champion and join us for the 16th Annual Big Shoulders Fund Golf Classic.
It will not only be a memorable day of golf with Closest to the Pin and Hole in One contests, Big Ticket Raffle for $30,000 (or 30% of ticket sales), live and silent auctions for golf at exclusive courses, sports boxes, airline tickets and more, but a day to help carry a child’s dreams. What could be better!
100% of the day’s proceeds goes towards the Friends of Big Shoulders Scholarship Fund to help some of the 21,000 students — 61 percent of the students live in poverty, 80 percent of our students are minorities and 30 percent are not Catholic— at one of the 82 inner-city Chicago Catholic schools Big Shoulders supports — 67 elementary and 15 high schools — study for a brighter future where 96 percent students graduate high school and 88 percent of graduating scholars enroll in college.
