The Big Shoulders Fund Chairmen’s Advisory Council will be hosting its next Networking Speaker Series on Friday, April 29 at the Baird Conference Center (227 W. Monroe St.). Attendees will hear from Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives Emanuel “Chris” Welch.
