The Sullivan Fellowship Program, part of the Big Shoulders Fund Leadership Development Program, provides ongoing professional development for teachers who aim to be licensed as administrators as well as for current leaders on high-level administrative topics such as growth mindset development, progress monitoring systems in schools, technology infrastructure planning, and teacher leadership cultivation.
